| I am Venkatesh ( also called Venky by my friends and Venka at home). I hail from India ( born and brought up in Bangalore. proud to be a Indian. ("Mera Bharat Mahaan") .I am doing my Masters at wayne state university. I did my B.E from B.M.S.College of Engineering,Bangalore( good old college days, full of fun and frolic). Born as an Geminine, I am friendly, aloof and little introverted too... (am I???) Life out here in U.S is not of a much difference from India, except for that (especially for a graduate student like me...) My roomies are more than kind to me and they are extroverted, kind-hearted, and very helpful.. I am in short of words to thank them all.. My hobbies.. nothing in particular.. I luv to sleep..(u can confirm this either with my parents or with my roomies).I love to watch cricket no matter which team is playing(sometimes I too play. friends say that iam a good bowler).Yahoo Chat is my favorite place to be when iam alone.( I guess this is my favorite of all..) I am a non vegetarian. I eat or forced to eat chicken almost every day in my room. The reason being the best cooks around. My roomies cook non veg very tasty. So feel lucky to be a non veggie. I love sweets. I love jamoons very much. Well, I too cook these days. My interests? I like to write poems ( Pretty short and funny ones and ofcourse very naughty ),I got some good n bad jokes for u.(stolen ones);).If u have some time go check out.I love to read books on yoga, leadership and personality development . These days iam concentrating on public speeches. I have a passion for music and here I should mention about a person. "His music transcends all barriers - linguistic, geographical and chronological. He is a phenomenal success. He is incredibly talented. He is Allah Rakha Rahman, popularly known to music lovers world over as A.R.RAHMAN". His songs have kept me going through difficult times. It would not be fair if I don't mention the melodies of Kishore Kumar whom I admire all the time. and ofcourse Lata Mangeshkar. I love people with a great sense of humor!!Humor makes life worth living! Life is there to live right? Things that turn me off!! Lemme think! I hate people who think too much of themselves.. , hypocrites and people with a lousy sense of humor! I also hate self-proclaimed achievers from the bottom of my heart..and..and.. Now, enough of myself and on to other significant people in my life! This will be an ongoing phase as I keep adding and writing short descriptions, so bear with me! "It takes a minute to have a crush on someone, an hour to like someone, a day to love someone, but a lifetime to forget someone". .....I am afraid that's all I have time for right now.
