  Ms. Cui Lin is currently
a PhD candidate in the Department of Computer Science at Wayne State University. She received her BE in Computer Science from Beijing Information Science and Technology University, after which, she spent a few years working for IBM as a system analyst and project manager. Ms. Lin was an IBM certified DB2 database Expert, and now she is a member of the Scientific Workflow Research Laboratory (SWR Lab), one of the top five leading scientific workflow research groups in North America. Her research interests include Scientific Workflows, Services Computing, Cloud Computing and Bioinformatics. She has published several refereed international journals and conference papers. Ms. Lin is a member of IEEE.

My Coclustering model and BCA algorithm have been applied to human fiber tract analysis to assist the research on Epilepsy.
My internship in Microsoft Research (Redmond, WA) is working on the scalablity of on-cloud scientific workflows.
Task Specification Language (TSL) and Task Run Description Language (TRDL) are soon to be released.
Third International Workshop on Scientific Workflows (SWF 2009) In conjunction with ICWS 2009 has been announced.
