As of today, September 28th, you will now be able to download MSDNAA software directly from an MSDNAA-ELMS Server!
The benefits of ELMS's hosting our software delivery include the following:
1. Savings of costs associated with hosting MSDNAA software on our campus server.
2. Savings of costs associated with server/bandwidth.
3. Improved download performance.
4. Reduction in download errors.
5. All software products that are dispensed through ELMS are now available for downloading.
The PrimeArray CD burner has been sent out for service. This means, no CDs can be burn
until it returns. Although there is currently no date as to when it will return, we hope it will return soon.
You should consider downloading the software from the web or check them
out from Science Stores as a work-around. Please let me know if there are
software that you wish that is not currently downloadable. If I can, I will make sure it is available. You
may contact me at suj@cs.wayne.edu. Be sure to include you access ID and
the software you need. Sorry for the inconvenience.

On Saturday March 31st, e-academy will be upgrading the MSDNAA ELMS software center. This upgrade will begin at 8:00 AM EST. Please note during this time your system will be taken offline for approximately 2 hours between 8:00AM - 8:00PM EST. The release notes can be found by clicking here
You may now download ELMS software.
The restoration process of the files on our server is now complete. If you have received an error, such as the error code
SDC00400, please resume your download by re-executing the software Downloader file.

You can no longer request a burned copy of Windows Vista on a DVD. That distribution option was made available by mistake.
Although this option may be made available in the future, currently Microsoft does not provide a DVD version for burning.
If you have ordered Windows Vista with this distribution option, please send me an
email and I will"refund" your order so that you can select a different option.
Important: This change only affects burning DVD version of Windows Vista. You may continue to request copies of
Windows Vista on five CDs. This change,also, does not affect your ability
to downloading a DVD version of Windows Vista.
On March 22nd it was discovered that the files required for downloading Microsoft products are corrupted. These files are in the process of being restored. As the products are restored, their names will be listed in the table below: --The table has been deleted--
The problems associated with downloading the DVD version of Microsoft Vista has now been corrected. The problem stemed from an incorrect file name for the DVD image on our server.
If you are currently enrolled in a CSC course after final registration, you should be authorized to use ELMS. Do not forget, your user name is your WSU email ID (in the form xxyyyy@wayne.edu).
The Business Edition of Microsift Vista is now available for download. Vista is downloaded as a DVD installable image or as 5 CD images (which consists of 5 downloads).

You now have the ability to burn CDs for a select set of Microsoft products offered in ELMs.
All of the products listed as icons on the ELMs Store Front are available via this new method.
You should select the option "Burn a CD copy" or "Burn a DVD copy" as the software deliverable.
The media are burned in the Department of Computer Science Computer Lab in 437 State Hall.
Although you can not burn your own CDs or DVDs, the lab assistants are available to burn the CDs
for you. Along with your CDs or DVDs, please be sure to bring a copy
- A copy of your ORDER DETAILS page, and
- Your WSU One card.
